Our outfits are custom made as per client measurements. Once the order is confirmed and the advance payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled.
We do not provide any return, refund or exchange if the product is not damaged or is as per the order details confirmed while placing the order.
Advance amount paid by the customer is non refundable.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International customers:
In most countries, shipping is done on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are not responsible for any custom duty levied to the customer on the shipment. Custom duty may vary depending upon the country you are located in.

All products are made as per orders confirmed. This is to achieve our goal of being sustainable and reducing fabric wastage in the process of manufacturing our outfits. Returns are not applicable unless the product has been received defective (torn etc)
We shall make all endeavours to deliver defect-free products to the purchasers.
Egnog does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Egnog. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Egnog within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
Egnog will not provide the option of exchange for reasons like color mismatch and exchange for size. At an added cost for the courier, an exchange can be accommodated for reasons of size mismatch.
No money for the returned product will be refunded, however a credit note will be generated for the value of returned goods.
However in the case of a possible size alteration, we can accommodate the request at an added cost as will be communicated on whatsapp as per customisation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@egnog.store and send your item to our dispatch office.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us on Whatsapp/Instagram and we will get the shipment picked up.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
